Founder/CEO/Instructional Tutor

Hello, I am Mrs. Drayton, Founder of Drayton Academy. I am also an NYS Certified Elementary School Teacher and have taught for the past 27 years. I have a Master of Science Degree in Elementary Education.

As an educator, I am interested in reaching students learning intelligence by tapping into their multiple intelligence learning styles. I believe that this mindset will give learners a strong sense of empowerment while building their self-esteem and the importance of collaboration and being fearless when taking educational risks.

Throughout my career, I have actively engaged in various professional development seminars as a participant and instructor. This opportunity enabled me to see education from the lens of a student and a teacher. Therefore, giving me the necessary tools needed to reach all young learners.

I have also participated in the STYLE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM, which enabled me to view education from the lens of a BUILDING LEADER. This experience gave me a broader sense of the needs of students and parents in the Education System.

I intend for Drayton Academy to foster diverse, fun, and engaging instruction for your youngster while empowering your child’s academic and social-emotional growth on this remote instructional platform.
